Kaveh Jam
Founder

Kaveh Jam is the principal and founder of Lumoré Studio, based in Los Angeles and Miami. With experience in technology, strategy, and design, Kaveh brings a multi-faceted perspective to a broad range of projects. He began as a data analyst and a published sports journalist, learning early to turn numbers and context into decisions and stories people can act on.

Over the past decade, Kaveh has held roles at Experian, Slalom, Deloitte, and EY-Parthenon. His work spans data analytics, M&A and separation support, digital transformation, and brand-adjacent strategy. He is known for pairing analytical rigor with people-first leadership and translating strategy into creative, usable solutions.

Kaveh has partnered with global brands, private equity sponsors, high-growth startups, and international sporting organizations. His sector depth includes consumer internet, media, fashion, and sport, with projects ranging from contract and vendor transitions to systems rationalization, AI adoption, circularity in fashion, and athlete or brand positioning.
