Client engagements are governed by our executed Standard Services Terms and Statement of Work. If there is a conflict between this page and an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.

By browsing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy below. If you engage Lumoré as a paying client, your project is governed by a signed Statement of Work and our Standard Services Terms.
2) Intellectual Property and Limited License
All site content—including text, graphics, layouts, logos, and trademarks—is owned by Lumoré or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view the site for your internal business purposes only. Any copying, scraping, framing, mirroring, or republication without our prior written permission is prohibited.
3) Acceptable Use
You will not: (a) disrupt or interfere with the website; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) use automated tools to crawl, scrape, or harvest content; or (d) upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or confidential material without permission.

Content on this website is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult your own professional advisors for such matters.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action. For client work, dispute resolution is set out in the executed Standard Services Terms.

Privacy Policy
1) Who We Are (Controller)

When we act as a processor for a client (for example, when we access their systems or handle personal data they control), we do so strictly under their instructions and the applicable data processing terms.
2) Personal Data We Collect
Identification and contact: name, job title, company, email; phone and mailing address if provided.
Project and account data: briefs, requirements, meeting notes, correspondence, proposals, statements of work, and files you provide.
Financial records: billing details and transaction records; payment credentials are handled by processors (e.g., Stripe, Wise, your bank) and are not stored by Lumoré.
Technical/usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, approximate location, and cookie/consent identifiers.
Support and communications: enquiry details, scheduling information, feedback, and complaint records.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (e.g., health, biometric, political opinions). Please do not send such data unless requested and appropriately safeguarded.
3) How and Why We Use Personal Data (Legal Bases)
Responding to enquiries and pre-contract steps (legitimate interests and, where applicable, pre-contractual processing).
Providing services, project management, and invoicing (contract; legal obligation for tax/accounting).
Operating and securing the website; preventing fraud (legitimate interests).
Newsletters and marketing communications (consent, or legitimate interests for relevant B2B communications subject to local rules).

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with:
Service providers (processors): Squarespace (website/hosting), Google Analytics 4, Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe/Wise/banks (payments), QuickBooks Online/Xero (invoicing), PandaDoc/DocuSign (e-signatures), and IT/security or CRM/project tools, each under contract and data-processing terms.
Professional advisors: legal, tax, and insurance providers (where necessary).
Authorities: where required by law or to defend legal claims.
Corporate events: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6) International Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside your country (for example, to the United States), we use appropriate safeguards permitted by law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA/Addendum, with transfer assessments and additional measures where needed.
7) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Standard periods:
Client/project files: project term plus six (6) years (claims limitation/defense).
Contracts/invoices/financial records: seven (7) years (typical U.S. tax/accounting practice).
Enquiries/leads: twenty-four (24) months after the last interaction.
Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe; we maintain a minimal suppression record to honor your choice.
Cookies: per provider-specific lifetimes once non-essential cookies are enabled.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (for example, TLS in transit, access controls/least privilege, secure backups, vendor due diligence, and staff confidentiality). No method is 100% secure; you should implement appropriate security on your systems.
9) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object (including to direct marketing), port data you provided, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing.

Our services target business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
